One-on-one with clients dealing with weight loss, heart disease, eating disorders, Type II
diabetes, etc. Working with clients on the importance of supplements, as well as introducing
essential oils when necessary.
Cooking Classes: We begin with re-vamping your pantry and learning how to organize
your menu, and we go on to learn to cook using mix & match techniques. Discover how you can cook something
once (like lentils or brown rice) and use it for two meals. Our teaching methods include food storage and
freezing food.
Supermarket tours: Learning how to read labels and find new nourishing food products.
